Strength & Conditioning for Sports Performance

To optimize your sports performance, it's essential to follow a well-structured training program tailored to your specific sport and individual needs. We provide a comprehensive Strength & Conditioning training plans that can help you excel in your chosen sport. We specialise in programming for Rugby, Tennis, Volleybal and Boxing, but have the skill and experience to cater for any other sport.

Our primary aim is to enhance your athletic abilities, improving your strength, speed, endurance, agility, and skill set, ultimately leading to superior performance in your sport.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training is all about you. We'll design a fitness program tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and limitations. We provide expertise, motivation, and accountability throughout your fitness journey. Based on the initial  questionnaire, we create a personalized first session plan that aligns with your objectives, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or enhanced overall fitness. After we learn more about your body in the first session, we then build a whole programme and deliver it in person, online or on demand.

Physiotherapy & Sports Massage
