Step 2: In the search bar under ‘First, Let’s Find Your Studio,’ type in Arleta on Track Limited, and click on it when it pops up!

Step 3: Next, if you’ve already registered via the web portal, use the same login details to access your account. If it’s your first time, click on “Register” and follow all the prompts.

Step 4: Once your account has been created, select which membership or class pass type best fits your style, or select First Class.

After you subscribe, you’ll receive a welcome email in which I invite new members for a gym induction. Please check your junk mail in case you won’t see it shortly after signing up.



Our group training sessions combine the personal approach of a One-on-One Personal Training session with the affordability of a group fitness class.

All monthly membership holders get 15% off on Personal Training Sessions- PAYG and 8 or 16 session packages (excluding boxing only and Achiever packages ).

Class descriptions:

  • TRX Club is for everybody. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing towards your limits, TRX Training helps you to move better, feel better, and live better. This suspension training will challenge you through a variety of exercises using your own body weight. You will feel all your muscles being activated as we go through all planes of movements. TRX training provides muscular and cardiovascular benefits that can help you improve overall health.

  • Strength Club – You don’t have to be a bodybuilder or powerlifter to practice strength exercises. Free weight exercises, like barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells etc. build strength throughout your body, help improve your athletic performance and improve your posture. Our strength classses are group exercise sessions focused on improving muscular strength, endurance, and overall physical power. These classes typically involve a combination of resistance training exercises using various equipment like dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. The primary goal is to build and tone muscles, increase bone density, and enhance overall functional strength.

  • Boxing Club – These classes typically focus on developing various aspects of the boxing art, including technique, conditioning, and strategy. They cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners looking to learn basic boxing skills to experienced fighters aiming to enhance their techniques. In these classes we often incorporate bag and pad work practice, to develop power, accuracy, and speed as well as cardiovascular exercises, strength and endurance training, skipping rope, and core exercises to enhance stamina, speed, and power.

  • Metcon Club – MetCon stands for Metabolic Conditioning. This class combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a metcon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time.This startegy helps to maxim ise calorie burn both during and after your workout. To be able to safely benefit from this type of training, a basic movements and strength competency is required (squating, lunging & hinging). It’s a high-paced workout, good form is essential to prevent injury.  What Are the Benefits of Metabolic Conditioning?

    -‌It improves the efficiency of the energy pathways in the body so that you can do a lot more in less time.

    -‌It helps you burn more calories, resulting in faster weight loss. The calories continue to burn even after your workout.

    -‌It increases your aerobic capacity (how much oxygen you use during physical activity).

    -It increases lean muscle mass and reduces body fat.

  • Beginner Club –  This class is designed to help individuals who are new to fitness or looking to establish a solid foundation for their exercise routine. Whether you’re starting from scratch or haven’t been active for a while, this class is perfect for you. The focus is on functional movements that target major muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and modified versions of traditional weightlifting exercises. The intensity is adjusted to suit your fitness level, ensuring a safe and effective workout. In our beginner and over 60 class you’ll improve your strength, mobility and balance using different types of equipment, from dumbbells to pilates balls to your own body weight. Suitable for all levels.

  • Our Pilates classes are designed to help you improve your overall strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting mind-body connection and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with Pilates, our class is open to all fitness levels.

    During the class, you can expect a combination of exercises that focus on core strength, stability, and muscle toning. Pilates utilizes controlled movements and emphasizes proper alignment and breathing techniques. The exercises often involve the use of a mat and sometimes incorporate additional equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, or yoga blocks.


Group and Personal Training Session Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide quality sessions and care to all my clients and class participants. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations without notice inconvenience not only the coach, but other clients as well. Please be aware of my cancellation policy regarding missed sessions.

One on One Sessions and Group Training Passes are not refundable but transferable, under certain conditions.

When you book your session, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients/participants. Out of respect for other clients/participants, I ask that you give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel in-person Group or PT session, and 24 hours if you need to cancel a Virtual PT session.

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the in-person session/class date, and 24 hours or more in advance of the virtual session, won’t incur any cancellation fee and will be carried over/transferred to an alternative- agreed date.

2. Cancellations made less than 48hours, but at least 24 hours in advance for In-Person or, less than 24 hours, but at least 12 hours in advance for Virtual sessions, will incur a cancellation fee equal 50% of the session value and will be carried over/transferred to an alternative-agreed date.

3. Last minute cancellations made within 12 hours, for both, In-Person and Virtual sessions, will incur a cancellation fee equal the full value of the session and won’t be carried over.

In special circumstances, the last-minute cancellation fee for the One on One In-Person or Virtual session might be waved off at trainer’s discretion, except for situations when the last-minute cancelation occurs more than twice in a row.

Payments for the First or PAYG Group Training session will be refunded strictly upon 48hr notice only.

The first time a participant misses booked group session, the note will be made in the file. All future missed sessions and no shows, or no shows for a fully booked class, will incur a fee equal the value of the group session (equivlent in credits). No credits will be refunded for no-shows if the class is fully booked and/or waiting list has been created.

    I have started my training with Arleta over a year ago. I was over 85kg, had a lot of health issues and was awaiting for my bariatric surgery and overall hated exercise. Arleta is such a positive and knowledgeable trainer that injected me with energy and most importantly with love to exercise. Now I am post my surgery and attend Arleta’s Zumba, TRX and Barbell classes and feel happy with myself and for myself. Thank you so much Arleta for inspiration!

    I found Arleta during lockdown and did Zumba classes with her. She’s was so inspirational, and helped me through lockdown, so when she sent me invite to do 14 day sugar free challenge I just had to give it a go. In two weeks I’ve lost 2kg but still have a lot more to go so I’m continuing for another two weeks.
    My only disappointment is that I don’t live anywhere near Arleta otherwise I’d be doing a lot more with her.
