The combination of a functional training, resistance, HIIT and cardio workouts with team atmosphere and fun. Working out in a group and friendly environment, brings up competitiveness, makes you work harder having more fun at the same time. It’s an effective way to improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass, improve overall coordination and balance, and help with body weight loss.
It’s up to you how you’ll play it and how hard you’ll train. At my end I’ll make sure that, your fitness and strength will be challenged in order to give you a chance to to improve your stamina, strength, power, aid weight loss and to get faster and leaner.
