The combination of a functional training, resistanceHIIT and cardio workouts with team atmosphere and fun.  Working out in a group and friendly environment, brings up competitiveness, makes you work harder having more fun at the same time. It’s an effective way to improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass, improve overall coordination and balance, and help with body weight loss.

It’s up to you how you’ll play it and how hard  you’ll train.  At my end I’ll make sure that, your fitness and strength will be challenged in order to give you a chance to to improve your stamina, strength, power, aid weight loss and to get faster and leaner.

Currently all group sessions are taking place virtually via Zoom

To be able to participate in online class you need to download Zoom app. ZOOM has a free version to use, easy to set up and can be accessed from either the app or the website on your laptop. Head to to sign up.

Grab your sister, brother, mum, grandma, daughter, dad, boyfriend, girlfriend…. whoever is locked-down at home with you and let’s get moving!

Prices (per household):

  • 1st Class FREE

  • £5 PAYG per single class

  • £14 for block of 4 classes (£3.5 per class)

  • £34 Monthly Class Pass (unlimited sessions)- great for everyone who attends 10 or  more classes per month.

  • I also accept small donations via PayPal (Pay to a Friend option) or a Free classes if non of the payment options above fits your current budget. Please get in touch.

  • £4 PAYG for current Motivate PT clients 
  • Free classes for current direct PT and Nutrition Coaching clients

HIIT session description

Smart high intensity functional training for all fitness levels. Use your body-weight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You’ll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels. It’s not just about looking fit, It’s about being fit too. HIIT will not only improve your fitness, but also strength, mobility, balance, speed and agility (and your abs… if that’s what you’re after).

Tone & Strength session description

Tone & Strength workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights – kettle bells, dumbbells or resistance bands. This workout will help you to strengthen, tone up and get leaner. Your joint stability and overall muscle endurance will improve and you’ll keep burning the body fat even after the workout is over. Workouts use strength and conditioning protocols and safe and progressive movements to ensure all fitness level will benefit form the training. Every session can be modified to accommodate every age, stage of fitness and availability of the equipment.

Strength and Stretch session description

Strength and Stretch combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.  This workout speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. A low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Strong Nation class description

“STRONG Nation combines high intensity interval training  elements with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will improve muscular endurance, tone and definition.”

Dance Fit class description

A super fun combination of dance & aerobics performed to latest pop hits, incorporating elements of different dance styles including R’nB , Hip Hop, House and more. It increases fitness level, overall body coordination, flexibility and burns calories …and unleashes your inner Diva.

Zumba class description

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. A dance fitness program  inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it. It’s fun, effective and made for everyone!
