My client-centred training and personalised nutrition programs will help you perform and recover at your best, regardless of whether you are completely new to fitness, an experienced  exerciser wanting to take your fitness to the next level, or an aspiring champion needing to optimise the performance and recovery.

If you are an amateur or professional athlete, I’ll align your program with your sport type and related to it energy and recovery needs.

Depending on your personal circumstances I can deliver the sessions online, via Zoom or via Precision Nutrition’s Pro Coach software. I’ll customise your workout programme which you then can follow at any time that suits you best.
