My client-centred training and personalised nutrition programs will help you perform and recover at your best, regardless of whether you are completely new to fitness, an experienced  exerciser wanting to take your fitness to the next level, or an aspiring champion needing to optimise the performance and recovery.

If you are an amateur or professional athlete, I’ll align your program with your sport type and related to it energy and recovery needs.

Depending on your preferences I can deliver the sessions in-person at my home-based personal gym in Brentford, at your own place, outdoors, online, via Zoom or as a self-paced customised program via the app.
