It is a 21st century, fun, convenient, results- bringing and time & cost effective way to keep fit and healthy when you cannot or don’t want to workout at the gym. You’ll interact with your trainer via video meeting and will get full benefit of 1 to 1 training session from the comfort of your home. During fitness classes you will get to interact with other participants as well as with the fitness instructor.
It doesn’t matter where do you workout or what type of activity you chose. What matters is how consistent you are.
To be able to participate in online class you need to download Zoom app. ZOOM has a free version to use, easy to set up and can be accessed from either the app or the website on your laptop. Head to www.zoom.us to sign up.
