Great TRX classes! Don't know why I was putting off joining until now!? Arleta gives clear instructions, shows how... every exercise is supposed to be done and adjusts everyone's techniques where needed. I'm looking forward to my class every week and hope to get fitter and stronger soon.read more

Arleta is a great teacher, her enthusiasm and passion for giving you the best experience that she can is huge. Since... joining her classes I have felt a new energy and positivity for life. Arleta’s classes are a joy to go to. She motivates everyone without being pushy and corrects our technique so that we... get the most out of the exercises while remaining safe. I sometimes fear that trainers will be a little too in your face, but Arleta is just the opposite – she is quietly unassuming, yet manages to make us work hard. I’m not sure that I should write this review because when others hear about her classes now that we’re (hopefully) coming out of this pandemic, it may be harder to get a spot!read more

As I approach my 60th birthday later this year, my training felt a little stale. I was doing my rowing ergos, some... running and pilates, but felt my strength was declining and shape harder to control. I contacted Arleta to see what I could do during this last long lockdown. A few simple changes with regular weights and changing the quality of food has made all the difference. I was stronger on the rowing machine, winning a competition I came second in last year and I feel and look in better shape with better sleep and my jeans definitely feel loser. I didn't want to go crazy, ( I am not 20 anymore ) but still wanted to enjoy some alcohol and less healthy food treats. Arleta was great with her regular coaching and data updates, not pushy, but she made me want to work hard and make a difference.read more

I’ve been doing virtual personal training sessions with Arleta twice a week for over 5 months, and it has been... fantastic. Her wealth of experience and knowledge of exercise, nutrition and how the body reacts were clear right from the start. She is wonderful to train with and created a focused and tailored plan for me based on my personal goals which she adjusts as I progress. She is also a super motivator with regular check-ins and encouragement. A true fitness expert! For anyone hesitating about the benefits of virtual one-to-one training, don’t hesitate. Once you’ve done your first online session you become quickly accustomed and it works brilliantly.read more

I got to know Arleta's classes through MoveGB app, trying to find a good Zumba class which could fill the void after my... local Zumba class stopped because of lockdown. Arleta was the best of all dancing ladies I tried to follow. I absolutely admire what she is doing, her passion, wonderful motivating approach and a big smile of course! Enough said - I've joined her HIIT and resistance band classes as well. I am in Scotland, Arleta in London but distance means nothing here, it always feels like being it the same room, having great workout in the great company!read more

I started doing virtual classes with Arleta about a month ago and they are really great! There's lots of different... classes every week which means you can choose the level of difficulty depending on how you feel. I really like doing a combo of Strength and Stretch, HIIT and Zumba in one week, but I enjoyed all the classes. I love Arleta's energy and that she's always upbeat! Thumbs up!! :)read more

Arleta's classes are always brilliant fun and really get results. She's great fun in person but her energy still... inspires in the online classes. Her Zumba class is the highlight of my week (yes, really) and I'm now taking part in all her other ones including Pump, Stretch and Strength, Zumba Strength and Dance Fitness. Arleta Wa you rock! All the sessions i have been to were amazing, such a great whole body work out, felt it for few... days afterwards, and that comes from someone who is used to ridiculous boot camp session😉 you are such a motivator, anyone trying to follow a no added sugar diet can confirm that with all the infos you provided and daily post you were able to change our mind set about healthy eating, you gave us strength to carry on with it. I love her classes Zumba Fitness and for me I love her more as our Instructor for Strong by Zumba 💪 aside from that... she’ll give you some advices and good tips for wellness, eating healthy food, balance diet. Arleta is an amazing instructor in many ways. She has a lovely personality and she represents a positive example as a... Personal Trainer, Zumba and Strong by Zumba instructor doing a great job in her workouts. Personally, she inspired me to become better, fitter and healthier although I have a good amount of time since I have embraced a healthy and an active lifestyle. I had the chance to meet Arleta in person at the Masterclass with Tony Torres which she organised it and I can tell you that it was a blast. The Strong by Zumba session afterwards was mind blowing.
