Arleta Wa you rock! All the sessions i have been to were amazing, such a great whole body work out, felt it for few days afterwards, and that comes from someone who is used to ridiculous boot camp session😉 you are such a motivator, anyone trying to follow a no added sugar diet can confirm that with all the infos you provided and daily post you were able to change our mind set about healthy eating, you gave us strength to carry on with it. I love her classes Zumba Fitness and for me I love her more as our Instructor for Strong by Zumba 💪 aside from that she’ll give you some advices and good tips for wellness, eating healthy food, balance diet. Lucky to have a fitness instructor like her coz she will keep you more motivated and keeping you more fit 💃💪 I have known her for nearly four years from now as my instructor either zumba or STRONG BY ZUMBA and I keep going and coming back coz she’s really good and amazing 😉🤩👌read more

5 Stars I met Arleta on Zumba classes and I did Strong by Zumba classes also, since then I try to follow her. I really enjoy working out with her because she is amazing and makes exercise fun and interesting. She is very organised and do the job with passion. Arleta is an amazing instructor in many ways. She has a lovely personality and she represents a positive example as a Personal Trainer, Zumba and Strong by Zumba instructor doing a great job in her workouts. Personally, she inspired me to become better, fitter and healthier although I have a good amount of time since I have embraced a healthy and an active lifestyle. I had the chance to meet Arleta in person at the Masterclass with Tony Torres which she organised it and I can tell you that it was a blast. The Strong by Zumba session afterwards was mind blowing.
