The combination of a functional training, resistanceHIIT and cardio workouts with team atmosphere and fun.  Working out in a group and friendly environment, brings up competitiveness, makes you work harder having more fun at the same time. It’s an effective way to improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass, improve overall coordination and balance, and help with body weight loss.

Every month there’s a different training drill focus, varying from strength, endurance, power to boxing. Every month we’ll have a different fitness goal to work on, with different workout protocols and challenges. Each session will build upon the last weeks session to help you to progress.

It’s up to you how you’ll play it and how often you’ll train. I’ll make sure though that, my programmes will give you a chance to help to improve your stamina, strength, power, aid weight loss and to get faster and leaner.

Spaces for some types of sessions will be limited for the session quality purposes, so don’t put it off for too long and grab your pack today!


But… “you can’t out train a bad diet”! That is why I’ll also equip you in helpful tools, tips and guidance to support and optimise all your efforts in reaching your fitness and health goals. There’s no denying the benefits of training, but your biggest advocate in weight loss or getting lean is FOOD!

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH TIME YOU’LL BOOK THE SIX PACK , YOU’LL RECEIVE A NEW NUTRITION GUIDANCE AND WORKOUT PLAN TO KEEP THE PROGRESS HUMMING.
