Personal Training

To get the results you want it will take some time, practice and consistency. Being consistent is not easy, and knowing exactly what to do in order to maximise all your efforts can be tricky too, and that’s where I come in. I’ll take the thinking and planning off of your shoulders. I’ll keep you accountable and motivated. All you need to do is just show up.

At our initial session we will asses your health and fitness, body type and composition, and I help you to set realistic goals. I’ll then customise a specific workout plan and a nutritional guide to support these goals, and to help make your fitness and health dreams a reality. We’ll track your progress regularly and will use outcome-based decision making to help you keep moving forward regardless of any setbacks or plateaus there might be.

The sessions can take place at your place, outdoor near you or online. The online programs come with weekly check-ins and support.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

For 4 session package a full payment is required prior the first session, no later than 48 hrs before.
A 50% deposit in advance is required, for the 8 sessions package. Payment must be received no later than 48hrs before the first session. The payment for the remaining 50% is payable by the end of the first week from starting the program.

The payments for the online training, £50 per session, are subject to individual arrangements.

A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE IF THE MINIMUM 24 HOURS IS NOT GIVEN. THEY ARE HOWEVER TRANSFERABLE.
